These Terms of Service are a legal document between you and Pet Health Delivered™, providers of GENUINE Dog Food and its referral program, GENUINE FRIENDS.
Any customer who has completed at least one order is eligible to participate in the GENUINE FRIENDS program.
There is no registration process. Participation is completely voluntary. By sharing a referral link, you agree and comply with the terms, policies, and guidelines outlined in the Terms of Service.
The referral program is for your use only and you may not resell, lease, provide or share your earned discounts in any manner. You must be 18 years of age.
You agree to keep your account information current and complete via your account portal. If you have account issues or need help updating your personal account information, please contact us.
When you (the advocate) refer a friend to make a purchase using your GENUINE FRIENDS referral link, your friend will receive a $20 discount on their initial (i.e. first) order.
After a referred friend makes a GENUINE purchase, we will also provide you (the advocate) a $20.00 voucher (coupon code) toward a future GENUINE purchase.
Returning customers who have purchased GENUINE in the past cannot use shared referral codes. If they attempt to do so, neither the FRIEND DISCOUNT nor the ADVOCATE VOUCHER will be applied to their order.
If you believe a FRIEND has been incorrectly identified as a returning customer, please contact us.
You will be notified via email every time a new voucher has been earned.
It is your responsibility, as the advocate, to redeem vouchers before they expire. Vouchers will not be applied automatically to your next purchase unless you have a recurring subscription.
if you have a recurring subscription, the $20 voucher will automatically be applied to your next subscription purchase.
Every voucher code expires 60 days after it is issued.
There is no limit to the number of $20 vouchers you accrue. You may apply unlimited $20 vouchers to any particular purchase.
If you accrue multiple vouchers that exceed, in value, the dollar amount of your next purchase, the remainder or unused portion of vouchers will be banked for future use. For example, if you accrue $100 in voucher rewards and make an $85 purchase, $15 in voucher rewards will be banked for your next purchase (unless said voucher expires due to the 60-day limit noted above).
Vouchers have no cash value. They are discounts applied to purchases at GENUINEDOGFOOD.COM.

GENUINE, in its sole discretion, may take action to fraudulent activity, including deduction of the accrued value in your account and/or terminating your account. Unauthorized activity includes any action that is deceptive or an attempt to gain vouchers that are not in accordance with the terms of the program.
We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.
We take reasonable steps to provide the services in a secure, timely, accurate and complete manner. In addition, the Internet has inherent risks, and we cannot guarantee that your access to and use of the GENUINE FRIENDS Referral Program will be uninterrupted or error free, or sites to which may link, will be free from loss, corruption, attack, interference, hacking or other security intrusion. You are responsible for your own antiviral protection.
By participating in the program, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pet Health Delivered, its officers, employees arising from or in any way related to any third-party claims relating to from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, awards, losses, expenses, or fees.
You are free, at any time, to withdraw from using the GENUINE FRIENDS Referral program. If, for any reason you would like to delete accrued vouchers before they expire, please email your request to info@genuinedogfood.com
To find the most efficient resolution to any issues, you agree to first discuss any issue informally for at least 30 days. Please contact us at info@genuinedogfood.com
Pet Health Delivered™ reserves the right to discontinue the program or change the Terms of Service. Pet Health Delivered™ will provide a notice to all participants 60 days in advance of discontinuing the program or making changes to the Terms of Service. Notice will be served via email, as well as noted publicly on this page and on the account portal page.
